How to add a contact / Technical Contact to your account

Log in to the Absolute Hosting Client Service Area using the email address associated with your Absolute Hosting account.

Click the drop down menu located on the right hand side of the page and click Contacts/Sub-Accounts
Add a Technical Contact

On the Contacts/Sub-Accounts Page complete all required fields for the user you are adding as a Technical Contact

Under Activate Sub-Account features,

Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access - this will grant the user permission to log in to the Absolute Hosting Client Service Area and be granted permissions to the sections defined below

General Emails - General Announcements & Password Reminders 
Product Emails - Order Details, Welcome Emails, etc... 
Domain Emails - Renewal Notices, Registration Confirmations, etc... 
Invoice Emails - Invoices & Billing Reminders 
Support Emails - Allow this user to open tickets in your account

Click Save Changes when complete
