When attempting to add a new account via WHM you may encounter an an issue in which you cannot create the package as the package throws the error "Cannot use due to limits"
Under account functions > create new account you'll see the error The following packages have been disabled because they have unlimited bandwidth or quota limits
To resolve the issue, edit your hosting package and define limits for bandwidth and diskspace values as these limits cannot be set to unlimited.
