You will receive a 2106: Domain 'domainname.co.za' transfer rejected when :

  • The transfer of your domain is manually rejected by using the reject transfer link in the transfer approval email, or
  • The registrant has not approved the transfer and the transfer expires after 5 days.

 

If you have not received a transfer request email from the registry at the time of initiating your transfer then you should contact your current Registrar or Hosting Provider and get them to confirm that your email address is the registrant email address. Once confirmed, you can request that we initiate another transfer request.
