A Domain is still within grace period error occurs when you try initiate the transfer of your domain shortly after it has been registered.
For all co.za domains, org.za domains, net.za domains and web.za domains the Registration Grace Period is 5 days from the date of registration.
This means that you cannot transfer a .za domain within 5 days of registration and need to wait for the grace period to expire before being able to transfer your domain.
There is one exception to this, and this applies to Domain Names registered with CIPC - they can be transferred within the standard grace period.
For tld domains such as .com domains the Registration Grace Period is 30 days from date of registration.
