If you receive the error Domain status 'clientTransferProhibited' prohibits operation when attempting to transfer a co.za domain, you will need to contact the current Registrar and unlock the domain name for transfer.

 

A clientTransferProhibited status prevents the domain name from being transferred and any transfer requests are automatically rejected by the registry.

After unlocking the domain name at the current registrar, you can contact Absolute Hosting support and request that we initiate another domain name transfer for you.
