This guide will assist you with identifying which DirectAdmin server hosts your website, and help with logging into the correct DirectAdmin Server.
All the information relating to your hosting service is always sent within an email with the subject "Service activation email for...."
Refer to this email and keep in a safe place for future reference.
Alternatively, log into the client service area and click on to Services.
On the Services page, filter the list of services by either WordPress or DirectAdmin
Click the Active Button for the service you want to manage
On the Manage Product page for the service you are managing, you'll see the DirectAdmin server name that hosts your website.
In the example above, bl5n1.zadns.co.za is the DirectAdmin server that hosts your website, so log into the server using the server name and port 2222 - ie https://bl5n1.zadns.co.za:2222
Alternatively, look for the One Click Login box on the left hand side of the Manage Product page and click the DirectAdmin login link
