For your security and the security of other users hosted on our Windows SSD Web Hosting Environment, all email passwords must meet the following minimum password complexity.
Your SmarterMail password must include the following
  • Minimum Password Length of 8 characters of which 
  • Must include one numeric value
  • Atleast one capital letter
  • May not contain the username within the password
  • Cannot include a previous password
  • Cannot include easily identifiable passwords
