Failure Reason: Domain is still within grace period

If you attempt to transfer a .ZA Domain name within the first 7 days of registration the transfer will fail with the error

Domain is still within grace period

The reason for this is that .ZA Domains may only be transferred 7 days after the registration grace period.

To resolve the issue, resubmit the transfer request 7 days after the registration date.

Whilst you wait for the 7 days, contact your registrar and ask them to assist with updating your domains dns servers so that you can use the services that you have purchased with Absolute Hosting.

Note : .ZA Domains includes co.za domain names, org.za domain names, web.za domain names and net.za domain names
