Follow the below steps to create a SRV record for your domain name.
- Log into the Absolute Hosting Client Services Area.
- Click on Services.
- Click on the Active button for your Email Only Hosting package.
- Click on DNS Management.
- Click on the Gear Icon to the right of your domain name.
- Click on Create DNS Record.
- Set the Record Type to SRV.
- Enter the Record Name as the service name provided by your mail service. (eg : _autodiscover)
- Enter the Priority Weight Port Target provided by your mail service provider within the Value field. (eg. 100 1 443 autodiscover.secureserver.net.absolutedemo.co.za)
- Click on Create.

Weight: 1
Port: 443
Target: autodiscover.secureserver.net.absolutedemo.co.za
Note: DNS changes may take between 1 and 24 hours to propagate.
