Absolute Hosting does not provide any support for domain names or services that use external DNS Servers (ie Cloudflare, WIX, Shopify and others) third party Domain Registrars or DNS resolves to third parties.
If your services or domain name use an external / third party then all support for these services must be directed to the third party.
We recommend that clients either transfer their domain names to Absolute Hosting or perform a name server update for their domains at the current registrar should they require support relating to DNS.
