Absolute Hosting does not provide any support for domain names or services that use external services or DNS Servers (ie Cloudflare, WIX, Shopify and others) third party Domain Registrars or DNS resolves to third parties.

If your services or domain name use an external / third party then all support for these services must be directed to the third party.

We recommend that clients either transfer their domain names to Absolute Hosting, perform a name server update for their domains at the current registrar and transfer their services into their Absolute Hosting account should they require support.

 

To summarise, we only provide support for services that are hosted and managed by ourselves.
