To initiate the cancellation of a service with Absolute Hosting log in to the client service area at https://ah.net.za/csa with the registered email address and password linked to your account.
Now click on to Services
On the My Products & Services page click the service you wish to cancel and on the service overview page click the Request Cancellation button located to the left of the page under actions.
Click the Request Cancellation link on the Service page
On the Account Cancellation Request page click the Request Cancellation button for the next renewal date.
If you are unable to request a cancellation then this due to the following :
- The service renewal date falls within a 20 day non cancellation period and must be cancelled within 10 days after its next renewal. Please request a cancellation no later than 10 days after the next service renewal date.
- The service has an unpaid invoice which needs to be paid before a cancellation may be submitted. Please remit payment for all outstanding invoices and return back to the cancellation page to request a cancellation.
