To upgrade your existing web hosting package with Absolute Hosting log into the client service area and click on to the Services icon.
On the My Products & Services page you can use the search function to filter your services by domain name or service name.
Now that you have located the service that you wish to upgrade, click the Active button for this service to proceed to the next page.
On the Manage Product page, click the Upgrade / Downgrade link located on the left hand side of the page within the Actions box
On the Upgrade / Downgrade page you will be presented with a list of available upgrade options. Review the available options and their resources and once satisfied click the Choose Product button to start the upgrade order process.
On the following page you will be presented with an overview of your selection including an explination of any credit to be credited to your upgrade purchase, click the Click to Continue button
You will now be presented with confirmation of your order and will need to complete your order by completing your purchase via credit card. The upgrade process only completes after you have made a successful payment.
Failure to pay for your upgrade purchase will prevent any upgrade of your hosting services.
