For your security we do not allow sharing of sensitive information within any ticket and provide you with a feature to share sensitive information.
Tickets or ticket updates which include sensitive information contained within them will be deleted.
Use the instructions below to add sensitive information to your ticket
Log in to the Absolute Hosting Client Service Area
Click on Tickets to view your open tickets
On the My Support Tickets page, click the ticket you wish add sensitive information to
Click the Add Sensitive Data button
Add the sensitive information to the pop up modal
