How to add sensitive information to a support ticket

For your security we do not encourage or recommend sending sensitive information via email and request that you add the sensitive information data to the ticket.

Use the instructions below to add sensitive information to your ticket


Log in to the Absolute Hosting Client Service Area

Click on Tickets to view your open tickets
absolutehosting.co.za active support tickets

On the My Support Tickets page, click the ticket you wish add sensitive information to
absolutehosting.co.za active support tickets list

Click the Add Sensitive Data button
Add sensitive data to ticket

Add the sensitive information to the pop up modal
absolutehosting.co.za add sensitive data to support ticket
