In order to change the account holder details for an account registered with Absolute Hosting we require :
Written confirmation and instruction from the current account holder confirming that the account details must be amended, and the instruction must list the new account holders details.
The current account holder must create a support ticket from within the client service area along with the instruction, and list the new account holders details (First Name & Last Name, Company Name and email address)
The new account holder must supply us with certified copy of ID, proof of address and all contact info (listed below) along with the ticket number corresponding to the instruction to update account information.
In the event that the change includes a change in company name, then a copy of the companies CIPC documents and certified copies of all active Directors.

In the event of a deceased account holder, we require death certificate and instruction from the estate's attorney's.
Should the current account holder refuse to provide the instruction, the new account holder must supply Absolute Hosting with a court order to change the account details.
