If your hosting services have been terminated after you have failed to pay an outstanding invoice you cannot reinstate those services and new services must be ordered.
Should you require your data restored prior to the termination date then :
- Create a new support ticket requesting confirmation that backups are available, and confirm that you will settle the last outstanding invoice which was cancelled prior to termination.
- This invoice covers the cost of keeping your data on our servers, backing up your data prior to suspension, after suspension up until the date of termination.
- After confirmation is received that data is available for restore, order a restore of your data according to the instructions sent back to you in your ticket.
- Order the same service that you had with us prior to termination, this is required in order for us to complete the restore.
- Settle the data restore invoice, the last outstanding invoice and your new hosting service invoice.
- Only once all three invoices have been paid will our engineers complete the restore and confirm once complete.
- Data Restoration is only performed during working hours - Monday to Friday between 09H00 and 15H00 excluding public holidays.
Alternatively, you can upload a copy of your own backups to the server to restore your content.
