If your hosting services have been terminated after you failed to pay an outstanding invoice you cannot reinstate those services.
You can how ever order the same hosting package from our store and once paid for, send a support request to establish whether backups of your original service are available.
If backups are available, our engineers will confirm such and then advise as to which restore type you need to purchase. After ordering the restore and paying the invoice for the restore our engineers will start the restore of data and let you know once complete.
Services which remain unpaid for 30 days are terminated. Terminated services cannot be reinstated as we permanently deleting the service and data from our servers.
