Quotations provided for services where the service rendered is less that R10,000 incl VAT per month are billed at R575 per quotation or subsequent quotation versions.
Quotations provided for services where the service rendered will exceed R10,000 incl VAT per month are billed at 10% of the quotation value per quotation or subsequent quotation versions.
In order for Absolute Hosting to provide you or your organization with a quotation you must have an existing account with us or register for a new account.
This ensures that we are able to populate your quotation with the correct customer information, including Business name, VAT information, address and telephone numbers.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS
- Log in to the client service area.
- Browse to our Professional Services Fee page.
- Use the slider to select the number of Customer Quotations required.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and under Additional Information paste the ticket number relating to this quotation
- Click the Continue button located to the right hand side of the page to review your cart.
- Agree to the Terms of Service and click Checkout
- Settle payment for the invoice created by our system and await your quotation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW CLIENTS
- Browse to our Professional Services Fee page.
- Use the slider to select the number of Customer Quotations required.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and under Additional Information paste the ticket number relating to this quotation
- Click the Continue button located to the right hand side of the page to review your cart.
- Scroll down the Billing Details section and enter the correct customer information as to be quoted.
- Locate the check out button towards the top of the page and click to agree to our Terms of Service and complete your order.
