This guide will walk you through the steps to add trusted senders and trusted domains on a Domain level for your Smarter Business Email Hosting account.
Adding a trusted sender or domain on a domain level allows that sender or domain to be trusted by all email users hosted on your Smarter Business Email Hosting account.
Log in to the client service area and navigate to My Products & Services page.
Click on the Smarter Business Email Hosting Service that you need to administer.

On the Service Management page, click the Spam Filtering tab and within the Trusted Senders section, add either mail domains to the Trusted Domains section or individual senders to the Trusted Email Addresses section and click Save.
