We provide free account migration when transferring your services from another hosting provider to Absolute Hosting.
Free migrations are performed Monday - Thursday from 09H00 to 15H00.
Resellers
Absolute Hosting will migrate up to 5 sub accounts per reseller hosting package purchased from our store at no cost.
Sub account migration is limited to 1 Domain (1 Website, Databases + 10 Mail Accounts) per account with a total of 5 domains migrated.
A full account backup and restore, for example from external cPanel hosting to Absolute Hosting Cpanel hosting will be counted as 1 migration.
Any other accounts which need to be migrated will be billed for and can be ordered from our store
End Users
Absolute hosting will migrate 1 domain per hosting package purchased from our store at no cost.
1 account migration is limited to up to 5 Websites, 5 databases + 10 Mail Accounts.
Any other accounts which need to be migrated will be billed for and can be ordered from our store
Internal Migrations
On occasion clients may request that we migrate their services from one service to another, ie cPanel to DirectAdmin.
All internal migrations will be billed for and can be ordered from our store
