It is possible to have services and domains moved from one Absolute Hosting Account to another provided that :
- Both parties provide written consent to the change of ownership.
- The gaining party has an account with Absolute Hosting.
- There are no outstanding invoices due for the services or domains which intend to be moved.
- The gaining party pays all fees relating to the move of services.
To request a move of services, the current Account Holder must :
Create a new support ticket detailing the services and domains that must be moved and to which account - use the template below.
I Name Surname confirm that the services listed below can be moved from account with client code (clientcode) to account holder Name Surname with client code (client code).

To accept the move of services, the gaining Account Holder must :
- Order 1 x Migrate Services Between Accounts, if required create a new account with Absolute Hosting.

- Pay the invoice related to 1 x Migrate Services Between Accounts.
- Create a new support ticket detailing each of the services and domains that they agree to take over as per below.
I Name Surname confirm that the services listed below can be moved to my account account with client code (clientcode) from account holder Name Surname with client code (client code).

If web hosting services are being moved to another hosted platform (ie cPanel to DirectAdmin), the gaining account holder must order and pay for the Internal Migration of services
