It is possible to have services and domains moved from one Absolute Hosting Account to another provided that :

  • Both parties provide written consent to the change of ownership.
  • The gaining party agrees to the Absolute Hosting Customer Service Agreement, Absolute Hosting Fair Usage Policy, Absolute Hosting Terms and Conditions, Absolute Hosting Acceptable Use Policy and where applicable, the Absolute Hosting Reseller Agreement.
  • There are no outstanding invoices due for the services or domains which intend to be moved.
  • The gaining party pays all fees relating to the move of services.

To request a move of services, the current Account Holder must :

Create a new support ticket detailing the services and domains that must be moved and to which account - use the client code of gaining account.

To accept the move of services, the gaining Account Holder must :

  • Create a new support ticket detailing each of the services and domains that they agree to take over,
  • Confirm acceptance of the Absolute Hosting Customer Service Agreement, Absolute Hosting Fair Usage Policy, Absolute Hosting Terms and Conditions, Absolute Hosting Acceptable Use Policy and where applicable, the Absolute Hosting Reseller Agreement.
  • Provide a certified copy of their ID and company documents.

If web hosting services are being moved to another hosted platform (ie cPanel to DirectAdmin), the gaining account holder must order and pay for the Internal Migration of services
